Executive Lodging of the Black Hills

The owners of Executive Lodging called BMA in 2005 with three vacation homes that they wished to rent to travelers coming to the area. We assisted with every aspect of their marketing and advertising from branding, to website, to all advertisements. Six years later, they list about 50 vacation homes and achieve nearly $1.5 million in gross bookings. In the region, they have 20% of the vacation homes but boast 50% of the bookings.

The City of Winner, The Winner Chamber and the Winner CVB

We were asked by these groups to combine three large independent websites into one easy to navigate website for the community of Winner and the three various entities. We completed this large project in a timely fashion, within budget and exceeded their hopes for look, flow and editibility. The site averages over 2,000 visits a month since it's launch.

Rapid City Downtown Magazine

Bernard Marketing was approached by the Downtown Association of Rapid City to create a magazine which would promote downtown businesses and events. It was the initial goal to create enough interest to produce a 16-24 page quarterly magazine. Bernard Marketing has assisted with content, done the design and layout, advertising sales, printing coordination, marketing and distribution of the magazine. The magazine has been a huge success generating
enough advertising sales to support a 64 page publication.

Rapid City Summer Nights

Hired by the Leadership Rapid City class prior to the first event, BMA was instrumental in developing a brand, advertising strategy, setting and meeting budgets, and obtaining and fulfilling the requirements for Million Dollar Challenge funding. It was the goal of the board to reach an attendance of 1,500-2,000 people per event. Now a prosperous, self-sustaining event, attendance consistently tops 5,000 each week.
